Investment Criteria

What we fund, where we look, and how we decide.

What we fund

Highly scalable deep-technology ventures at the seed or Series A stage that want a long-term financial partner and active management help.

Where we look

Most of our investments come from university and government-laboratory research communities that are underserved by capital. If a venture is based on university or government-lab technology, its license must be secured before it seeks a partnership with Alpha Endeavour.

Who we back

Exceptional and experienced management teams.

How we source

We usually identify a promising technology and market first, then look for a venture in that space. When we cannot find the right fit, we create the venture.

Submitted decks

We do not routinely review decks submitted by outside ventures seeking funding. An entrepreneur may submit a deck; it is evaluated first by our AI agents against our requirements for location, technology, market, team, stage, and balance within the portfolio.

Portfolio synergy

We seek a high degree of synergy across the portfolio.

How we exit

We do not seek an early exit. Alpha Endeavour is a C corporation and expects to trade on a public exchange in the near future. Our exits are often exchanges for tradable stock, IPOs, or mergers within the portfolio — but not exclusively.
